Charles Felix Keller a utilisé les services de beaucoup de peintres : Burkhalter, Alexandre, Hamel, Brandt
Des figurines de son ancienne collectin passent de temps en temps en ventes; encore récemment à Drouot

I have to add an old book about flatfigures.
"Eloge des soldats Fins"
Edited in 1928 by the famous swiss collector Charles-Félix Keller (the most part of his collection was painted by V. Douchkine).
This book is in French and very rare because edited in only 100 copy.

So, the last. I hope that some members could find that useful.

13) The world Encyclopaedia of Model Soldiers, John G. Garrat, London 1981 (in English)
14) Sigel-Bestimmungsbuch, Heinz Schenzle, Freund der Plassenburg Kulmbach 1987 (in German) : all about the editors and engravers marks on the basement
15) Mignot, Ein reise in die Welt der Flachfiguren, Egon Krannich/J. Vullinghs 2013 (in German with English and French translation available) : the last book about Mignot from our friend Jacques

Clever idea and nice list.  I should add:

4) Figurines d'Etain, hier et aujourd'hui, Erwin Ortmann, Zurich 1973

is also available in English as well.  It was one of the limited views I had into flats starting in the 1970's.  Nice sampling of information but, frustratingly incomplete when one was looking for more information....gads life was hard before the internet.

1) Soldats de Collection, figurines de rêves; Jean Nicollier, Office du Livre Fribourg 1967 (in French) : old book but nice picturesis also available in English - I have that one as well.

I like very much also books about flatfigures.
I shall post some books from my collection. They are all interesting and perhaps it can give you ideas to buy them if you have the chance to find them (for the older); some are still available.
1) Soldats de Collection, figurines de rêves; Jean Nicollier, Office du Livre Fribourg 1967 (in French) : old book but nice pictures
2) Bruckmann's Handbuch der Zinnfiguren, Bruckmann München 1978 (in German) : also nice pictures
3) Der Zinnsoldat; Ein Deutsche Spielzeug, Theodor Hampe, Berlin 1924 (in German) : less pictures but intersting text about the history of flatfigures.
4) Figurines d'Etain, hier et aujourd'hui, Erwin Ortmann, Zurich 1973 (in French but exist also in German) : nice pictures too
5) Figurines d'Etain, soldats de collection, Curt F. Kollbrunner, Fribourg 1979 (in French but exist also in German) : nice pictures and text from a great swiss collector
6) Aus einem Guss, Zinnfiguren-Gruppen von Ernst Heinrichsen, Zeughaus Verlag 2006 (in German) : nice pictures from all the Heirnichsen groups
