Yes, indeed ...

I think that the reason is that Chris painted the shadow of the end of the small finger like it is upfront the finger, while it is behind the finger as seen on the poster.  Chris can do a small correction by giving some highlight on the finger left edge to partly cover that shadow ....

Not sure, when looking, the little finger on the left side is turned as a hook, then three fingers; the thumb is invisible Under the chin...
Therefore to me the hand is normal.

Three years ago, I found this poster in a bookshop at Strasbourg:

It was also very difficult to overcome the engraving error of the left arm, unvisile between her shoulder and her elbow, but none of the painters has treated it with a painting trompe-l'oeil compensation.


Also, the left hand is a mirror image as the thumb is on the wrong side!

Congratulations Chris !
I love the handling of the yellow colour!
Perhaps the left side of the face would accept some more shading to be in line with the others on the clothes.

It is the fifth painting picture I have and a good one!
