Simon covered this subject in depth in Journals 79 - 83. There were some of the larger Schweizer figures for sale on eBay a few weeks ago at a very high price - 8000 euros if I remember correctly.

Munich Figures

Have just seen Simons earlier messages on this subject and I have some information that might be of help.
Rather than attach this to Simons messages which are rather old put the details in a new post.
I have a few of the 30mm figures and I was told by one of the sellers that the figures that I bought came from his Grand Father who was a curator at a museum which was called the "Museum of Art", best described as something like the Festival of Britain, where all the best in German manufacturing, design and technology was bought together to display the advancement  of the Third Reich.
The figures you mention were sold there in very large numbers and the funds raised was to help the German war wounded, they were sold on the basis, if you are a good German you will want to buy them or else.
When Berlin started to fall many of the Museum staff who had not been paid for some weeks ransacked the museum taking everything that was moveable and the Curator took many of the figures
but, decided not to sell them as the had the wrong kind of design for post war Germany.
Not much use as to designer/editor but some information.
