Actually there are both.  Rochembeau is here but, there are three British officers with Cornwallis, Burgoyne and O’Hara all who surrendered troops.

I do believe you meant French staff officers, not Brittish right?

One of the most delightful parts of this site/hobby has been the people one meets and interacts with.  They are unfailingly helpful and generous.  One exceptional gentleman I have interacted with and had the pleasure to meet in Philadelphia was our Major Domo Nick Ball.  Nick has acted as a personal shopper/Santa figure for me al the last three Kulbach shows.  This is part of this year's result:
