I hear what your saying Wolfgang, but this is the hat his wife gave him on his leaving to fight the great battle, and the red rolled jacket was sent by his brother in the north, the union rider also having lost his blanket and just happened to find this one, but apparently both available from the same store in Boston   ;D ;D ;D ;)

Nearly finished this one and a joy to paint [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

Still a little to do but will continue with the rest of the set and then decide on a frame or base  ::)
[ Guests cannot view attachments ] but as said highly recommended  ;)

Wolfgang's figures arrived today and what a great little set they are ;D the photos don't do them credit, very little cleaning is needed and detail is good, one or two blow holes but easy to sort, highly recommended.

I'll be painting two of the figures to start to let you know how they go, so until then ;)
