Franz Biebel Catalog

Yes this eBay lot was interesting and I could´t help buying it. Some numbers I were in doubt before
And btw I forgot to upload my Biebel list which was done before the transfer from Neckel to Scholtz.
Niebel had even more as some 30-years figures which are today at Fechner available. And very beautiful 20mm figures of Napoleonic era, some identical to the 30mm, some different and all engraved by Frank as well.

Dear Alexander and tinman,
thank you very much for this wonderful piece of zinnfiguren history.
May I hope to have some information on Maiers both farther and son. Of course I have SIMA catalogue but I am interested in when and how this molds were created or purchased by Maier family.
thank you beforehand
Oleg

Thanks Alexander....Here is my Biebel picture catalog. I know nearly all of the French figures went to Thiel and the Allied figures went to Neckel when Mr. Biebel sold his molds in 1936/7. Fortunately, Neckel kept Mr. Biebel's numbering. Thiel gave the figures his own numbers. I had to make a guess here or there. A few I left blank. The list on your web site was a great help to me.

As far as I know, there was never a (picture) catalog from Biebel. The shown sheet was a rare exception from this rule.
There were some sheets of a typo catalogue which I attach to this e-mail. I´m not sure if there had been some more. Furthermore I have done an excel sheet including all information assembled on what I found in 30mm flats.
Best regards
Alexander

I was wondering if any members/readers had a copy of Franz Biebel's catalog? It is, I believe, a rare item. I have only the picture of the one page.
