Hello,
the weapons belong to a set of figures which shows some of the big personalities  of tin figures, Ludwig Madlener, Sixtus Maier and Ludwig Frank.
Original they were edited by Retter but the moulds now belong to Mr. Dangelmaier.
Christoph

Thank you Christoph that is what I was looking for.

I understand, Ray.
And may we know the seller/source of the jewellers display cases, please?
Thank you!
Sandor

It's my pleasure Sandor, here is a link to the site, they come in various sizes, colors, depth, textures. covers etc.
A web search may find you a source more local to you to keep the costs down.
I would love to see some of your beautiful sets displayed in this style, it has worked well for me!

Thank you Sandor, Yes the cases are made by me. Always a dilema on how to nicely display flats, they are not very stable standing and the slightest bump of a shelf or cabinet sends the entire formation tumbling down!
These are inexpensive jewelers display cases, I cut foam board to back fill the case and use various color hobby felt panel over the foam, then simply cut the felt and foam to fit half the base in and Voila!

Editor of the oaks is Reußner
http://www.zinnbaum.de/seiten/index.html   (click the little icons below)

He manufactures the (naked) trees and solders foliage on it.
Therefore no two trees are exactly the same.

The trees come in different sizes.

Thank you Joerg, another great resource!

As you guys probably remember I'm a collector wothout the talent of so many of the fine artists on the forum, I've actually bought items from many of you and these were puchases as well. I got both these sets on Ebay and I bought the Oak from Fernando Enterprises, They do some great work at a resonable price, but can be a little difficult to work with in my experience.
Veyr nice set Sandor!

Ray

It is really very nice, Ray!
I had once this oak - but as far as I can remember it was with leaves.

Did you stripped it from leaves?
Best regards-
Sandor
