The 17th expo and contest at Rubelles (south of Paris) occurred on October 7th and 8th.
A special hommage was given to Catherine Césario, with a display of most of her works, she was a member of the organizing club La Grenade de Rubelles.
Best of Show was won by Amalia Retuerto Elordi for her new creation.
This year about 30% of the exposed works were flats, some 78 pieces on 280, much more relatively than in Lyon or Montrouge or Folkestone .. (5-7%)
There are some 144 pictures now ready in the Show Galleries: http://www.intflatfigures.org/index.php?action=gallery;cat=197 (http://www.intflatfigures.org/index.php?action=gallery;cat=197)
The titles and the painter's names will be progressively added in the coming 10 days for further identification.
Next week-end, is the large SMC (= Scale Moel Challenge) exposition and contest at Veldhoven (Holland), picture reportage will alsobe done in details on flats in the following weeks....
