Title: Paper Soldiers - Vladislav Yankovsky
Post by: marko on January 12, 2017, 05:23:44 PM
Vladislav advertised a selection of stunning paper soldiers and also worked a number of other projects most notably working with Charles on designs and figures of the Crimea War.  It was announced October of 2016 that he had passed:

Great idea and a nice remembrance!

I also added him here:

which may be a logical place to add these pictures as well.

They are really very nice prints!
But how do they look in 3 dimension?
Should the customer himself cut the figures out - or they are delivered as cut out?
How can they "stand" - is there given any plinth to stand on?
Are they of the standard 3 cm size?
Thanks!
Sandor

Right on all Sandor, They were pre-punched to a very nice standard on figure and horse as well as lance and pennants. They also had a plastic plinthe to slide the figure into, here is a couple of my examples
