"Berliner is one of the last (or the last) professional seller of flat figures - with a big stock"

I do have to agree with Gerhard on that one.

"waited 5 years for an order from a private Editor"

Even I can remember when flats where not so easy to get hahaha

Still great figures!!

I buy most things at Berliner.
I have to pay € 8,99 for Charges. (Austria)

But, I get what I have ordered.
(For instance, I waited 5 years for an order from a private Editor - When the package arrived I had already
forgotten, that I ever ordered it.)
And, I get three catalogues a year. (I think you have to order € 150 ,-- € a year)
(The catalogues are in german)
Berliner is one of the last (or the last) professional seller of flat figures - with a big stock.

The charges are expensive, but there are other values for me.

Best Wishes
Gerhard

Colbert and his Red Lancers, 1812 from Berliner

45,60 Euros

Delivery charges: 11,99 €

I don't want chargeable additional deliveries. Additional deliveries within Germany. Cost € 2.99, from € 130 free of charge. The costs for additional deliveries outside of Germany are according to our  terms of delivery and payment.

I charge £3 to Europe the same as other editors, I'll have to at least double my post if it's the same both ways

The reason we don't use them!!!

Mark has just highlighted the problem, the figures and service is great but post outside of Germany seems to be two or three times as much as anyone else, just to much )-;

I have had four faultless transactions with Scholtz, though at times one has to be a bit patient but, they have always come through and their quality is faultless.

However, their figures come at a premium price once postage is added, particularly overseas as everything is individually packaged and it adds up quickly.  As such I have always waited and placed large orders with them, one or two small sets is not practical from a price perspective.

I look forward to a December sale Alexander, you do have some beautiful figures, Colbert's lancers in particular is on my list.

Dear Brian,

I´don't have the facilities to cast and distribute etc. and my moulds are stored at Mr. Grünewald who sends the casted figures directly to Scholtz, so there is no other "regular" option. But I will see if I can do an exceptional ebay sale in December of some of my recent sets.

Don´t know what the problem is with Scholtz as being their customer for over 30 years I never experienced any trouble.

Best

Alexander

These are another beautiful group and a must have at some point for me as well. like you Mark I would love to buy the Red Lancers set, but frankly I really don't like dealing with Berliner Zinnfiguren, I wish I had alternative sources.

Agreed, these are wonderful.  I was just pondering a purchase of Colbert and his staff of Red Lancers last night.

Hi Alexander

It's a pity I am too much in Napoleonics, because your sets are allways wonderful

Dear all,

here is the first preview of my new set to come : Westfalen Staff in Russia 1812. The set is designed by Mike Michaelis and engraved by Daniel Lepeltier as usually.

There will be 12 to 14 figures when finished. The first part has already superbly painted by Jörg Hensel. You may find higher resolution pictures at my website.

Hope this set will be completed for christmas.
