Hello Serhan,

Very productive ... but you may loose some détails and quaity.
I will not buy tis one in its state.

Th portrait of the girl painted is absolutely beautiful !!!
But your sculpture has at this stage some weaknesses, I think.

- The hair down the face should not be sculpted as you did, they look too stiff, straight, and the beauty of the girl are her hair!! nicely curved; perhaps scupt the global shape a mass curved, painter will have to paint the détails himself

- The mouth looks asymetrical or shorton her right, and perhaps not horiontal (maybe impresion)
- The "shesh" is curved up to the top but you extended it back to the cylindrical haton the back (I think)
- The left eye skin extends too much towards the ear
- The eyebrow extends also too far and is not shaped as on the painting, quiet beautiful; perhaps no engraving, the painter will fo like women: paint it to the wished shape; only give the shape of the bone behind, not the hair
- The engraving between the eyebrow and the eye itself should not be sculpted, it is too strong, perhaps OK for  man, but superceed the delicay of a woman's face, again up to the painter to paint the appropriate shadows (I would erase all if I had the flat)
- The nose, I think is not perfectly straight, but curved to the right (viewer).  Hard to adjust with painting...
- The hat on the top is too curved at its two anles; it should look more as a cylinder with a flat cover

I would not mark so deeply the sewing of the right shoulder on the cloth; perhaps more ample and wider in reality, a very thin suggested line would be enough (except the folds in the center, OK.  Also it could be disturbed by motives selected to be painted on the tissue. only suggest the roundness of the arm without marking.

Sorry for these comments, perhaps you did not finish the sculpting ad engraving yet ....
Also my language, I slept 3 hours last night and it is late here...

Michel

(note I would have loved to paint the entire body = her overall positioning is really nice !!!, but not to a scale of 250mm!!!, but 75 or 90mm  (from eyeball to foot).

Thank you for your critics Michel. I need all of those lines of ideas and agreed with all.

Hair and eyes will be most problematic.. hair already made me  :-X ... tried many times and still not happy with it.. but it goes fast I just started it about today 19.00

I will try fix problems you have pointed in following days.

This painter has several other paintings very nice, I like this one very much.

It reminds me the fllowing flat 80x160mm (metal)

Those most problems are caused becasue I tried whole piece carved from a block cut and no addition piece used.

I will totally delete hair details and make as addition details. So that I could catch more curly realistic appearence I thought..

Anyways we will see what will be at the end :D

Bravo !! several points are improved.  So I enlarged the face again, and ....

[ You will hate me definitively for this !!

I have 12 small remarks as following

1) The fes (gat) should be flush on the hair, not recessed (no shadow) = flat contact
2) The angle of the top of the hat to be sharp, not rounded
3)  Same for the angle = like a culinder
4) Same for the side = almost a rectangle
5) The tissue may have a angle from its centre towards the hair to have some roundness, not flat
6) The contact between the shesh (tissue) and the hair must be close touching, not this dark striation line alnong their contact
7) The nose has a recessed surface at that point, look with light on the side !
8) The side of the nose is not totally well formed, check again
9) The chine should niot have a recessed shape after the round bead = this will give shadows = the end of the chin has a bead, is it not reality
10) Make closeer contact between the hair and the skin = not this bead and strong line = sweet, soft contact
11) the   xxx extends too much to the centre of the face, unlike the other side = assymetrical
12)) and last remark : drwaing a vertical yellow line yellow line from the top of the ead to the lips, the nose is still assymetrical, particularly at its end point, please check this carefully, giving shadows from the side left, and right, important for a nice face

Sorry, threw me away ... or I'll do this by email separately ....

Hate ?? since no other make a to do list like you, I will not hate nobody hahaha...

I hope, I more or less closed most of your remarks Michel, in some part I really started to worry that I broke off all but its like ok :D

Anyways, my version is different with the reference and head slighty more turned to her right ..

What do you think can I start jewelery on head?

Yes, for me better,
I would add a relief line starting from the right side of the nose and going down to the left (as visible on the painting) = slight because women hate this, sign of aging; or leave it to the painter ....

Well done Serhan !!!!

But check crefully again the tip of the nose, most important on a face with the eyes !!

looking at it:
- its tip looks damaged ?, not rounded
- shorter nostril on the left (her right) than right side
- severe shadow, crease on the left, smoother slope on the right along the nose ??
