Hello Davey, :)

It's possible the editor would be Rüdige Hafer, the son of Wolfgang Hafer.
Could you post the picture of the figure to see the R H please ?
Because I have a book "Sigel-?Beltimmungsbuch by Heinz Schenzle sell by Berliner Zinnfiguren.
In this book you have all the letters with theirs forms you can find in figures' basics (editors, engravers and drawers).

Hello,

I think the RH 18 stands for a series of figures and not for the publisher.
Look at whether other signatures stand on the footboard.

The other side shows an EK imbricated into each other ("E" inverted against the "K").
In Bitsulfi's site, listing the editors' symbols, it matches with "Peter Ewald Kovar" ....

This series is by Ewald Kovar, the EK stands on the other side of the foot, the RH stands for the figure series, “Rudolf von Habsburg“, the engravings is by Kovar. The figure numbers are RH10-24, “Rudolf von Habsburg/Speyer“.

As I wrote the figures in this set is from RH10-24, 15 figures, so you don't have the whole set.
You can download the catalogue here:
