There is nothing wrong with your painting skills these are quite nice.  But, you are right the cavalry carbine doesn’t look quite right.  They had a trigger guard and the barrel is a little longer - try searching for French cavalry carbine and there are some nice pictures.

Thanks for sharing.

Has anyone else done these Thiel hussars?  Bought way back in Munich and only recently painted I found the chest lace a challenge as well as the firearm which seemed too short and had no trigger guard.  Buttons on the chest pretty well defeated me so these are ignored on the 3rd hussar and just gaps in the lace on the 4th.  Only the sixth and seventh flats I have done.  Any advice appreciated.

Hi Joerg I have send a  mail to them asking where the stones are now for the figures, I was a member then in the 90ties, and helped pack these figures,
sadly the Society was split up, and another society started, they, no longer exist. But I seems to remember that the owner of the figures left Chakoten and joined Figurina Danica and took the figures with him.

I also have the set from Historia Muller with one missing. The set arrived with the Merveilleuse figure missing and two of the Incroyable figure to her right, so if anyone needs that figure let me know. Has anyone got the Merveilleuse figure as a spare, or maybe I can get the missing Merveilleuse from Johan Lillienhook?

Hello Jerry,

in attach the page from Johan Lillienhook 2023 catalog with this figures. You can contact him for having a copy of the missing figures. I don't know if some of them were re-engraved.

Joerg, I believe the stones are now in the hands of the Danish Model Soldier Society "Chakoten" They do have a website.
I was a member there many years ago, and saw these figures, try and contact them.

In a sixty years old compendium of German collectors journals I stumbled over the following notice:
"1864 From Sven Erwin S.Gallaus in Copenhagen you can obtain Fighting Danish Infantry 1 Officer and 7 men".
Does anybody know something about the stay of these moulds?
