Brian, I'll be at the Dallas Show next week and the Tulsa Show in June. My local North Texas Figure Club will be assisting in set up at the Dallas Show and we will have a club display table as well as members' entries in the comp.

Cheers,

Glen

Won't know for about a couple of weeks yet. Will be in Garmisch Patenkirchen first 3 weeks in April so it all depends on whether I can earn enough Brownie points to pull of a trip back so soon.
The other good point is that the local Brewery 'taps' the first of the new season Maibock to coincide with the opening of the show.

I'll add this to my wall chart, re:  dates and shows, so I can eventually work out which shows to go to. Would someone  be kind enough to check hotel and flight costs?

Well Glen, that's what we're after, as we are not just based in the UK we need to know which shows forum members are going to and maybe help with a table or two, lets try and push the flat figure again this year  ;)
IPMS shows! I don't know, but then we do paint plastic figures now and again  :o

Atlanta Figure Show, 15-17 February, 2013: http://www.atlantafigures.com/show.htm

Dallas, TX Figure Show, 14-16 March 2013: http://www.lonestarfigureshow.com/

Tulsa Figure Show, no firm date yet, but usually the first or second week of June

These are the dedicated figure shows, but all have an ordnance division for aircraft and armor. Are you interested in IPMS shows as well?

EDIT:[/b] Here is a link to the IPMS shows. Some of these are small local shows, while others - especially in or near larger cities - can be quite large. Nearly all include vendors to one degree or another. Additionally, most of these are multi-genre shows in that they include aircraft, armor, figures, ships, cars, and sci-fi/fantasy. There are a few that are genre specific (usually cars). You must be an IPMS-USA member to enter the nationals (in Colorado this year), but IPMS membership is generally not required for regional or local shows.
