You did not plant it deep enough !! (ah! ah!), but true is also that it looks like sand, not rocks nor soil.... You might consider gluying a inverted T shape made of 1 mm metal wire on the back as support? if you move it often...

Yes, this is very nice painted.
I always wonder why the old editors engraved so many figures in one cast.
