Looks very cute, Christoph !!
What may be deserves the picture is its white background, darkening the painting and its details by excessive contrast.  A light brown or medium grey would probably better boos your painting, as suggestion.

Hello,
here is a little set I painted last week. It is based on the novel "Kidnapped" by Robert Louis Stevenson and edited by Mr. Frenzel.

The storie is settled in Scotland in the year of 1752 and arranged around the historical event of the Appin Murder. It´s a got read for winter nights when you had already painted 10 - 15 figures the evening and want to do something different.

The set shows the closing scene of the novel and the characters are from left to right Ebenezer Balfour of Shaws, Alan Breck, David Balfour and Mr. Rankeillor.
