Title: Glorious Empires
Post by: PauloLib on December 30, 2012, 05:47:18 PM
Hi,

when I click on their site it leads me to a wewbpage in german that asks for something.
Can anyone tell me if this is correct? And if affirmative what does the site asks for?

Thanks.

The Glorious Empires site was hacked about a year ago and has been off line for quite some time.  I think I recall hearing it was being redone.

Jaques used to be a frequent contributor to the old site and seemed like a great gentleman.  I have not had a reply from my last two emails to him but did get a delightful Christmas card from Glorious Empires.

A good question Paolo...  Anyone have anything more current about Mr. V?

Mark

Thanks Mark.

I e-mailed Brian and he kindly sent the 2011 catalogue and price list as asked.

Well Guy's

Jacques is alive and kicking. He has had some health issues but thats ok now. We are working on a new website for his other firm; Maastricht in miniature. That is almost finished. The time involved on developing this website was more and longer than anybody expected. I think that Jacques gave that website his priority.

Next will be the GE website.

If there are any unsolved issues I'm happy to help (I live literally around the corner).

So..... That was my first post to the new forum.

Regards,
Rob
