welcome to the Forum,

As Mark said, Juniper has all the subjects you require.  His dinotopia series, female warriors riding dinosaurs are very nice.

I look forward to seeing some of your painting.

X2 on the pretty women and The Little Tin Soldier!  ;)

TLTS is the US importer for all things flat. I usually get my orders in less than a week.

I also paint non-flat (round) miniatures ranging from 30mm gaming pieces to 80mm+ pin-up girls. I use Reaper acrylics. Are you using oils, acrylics, or hobby enamels?

Cheers,

Glen

Welcome...
I agree with Marko. Am friends with both the gentlemen mentioned and they are quality merchants.
You can see The Little Tin Soldiers large display of unpainted flats for sale at the Long Island Military Miniature Show this Nov. along with dozens of painted flats by some of the best painters(Greg DiFranco, Penny Meyer) around.

Hello and welcome!

Two suggestions for you in these categories from the US.

1. Little Tin Soldier has a nice variety http://www.thelittletinsoldier.com/catalog/

2.  Jupiter Miniatures have a wonderful range http://flachfigur.de/index.html.

I have purchased a number from Benedikt on Ebay Germany, ebay.de, search on flachfiguren and the http://myworld.ebay.de/benew2001/. for his range.  He takes PayPal and is very fast.   Beautiful, large figures, wonderfully cast.

There are also many figures in our galleries which will give you many other ideas and vendor names.  If you look in the links section of the site you will find vendors from all over the world including the two I mentioned.

Again welcome and feel free to ask questions.

I'm new to flats,  but not all miniatures.  I would really like some recommendations for where to buy flats. I tend to paint pretty women and fantastical beasts, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!
