Hi lads, I have started the project with unknown result - editing of figures inspired by Bill Horan - Ghosts of Chillianwallah .......here is the result of my first edits. I used Bocks figure at the beggining, head is Ochel. Soon I ll provide the paintnig  :)

This is interesting and ambitious.  First figure looks great.  Good luck on this.

P.S. I was just looking through a hardcover book on Bill's work this weekend that was put out by Andrea.  He has a produced a long string of amazing work.

thank you lads  :)  here is the second in progress...... i do not know how far i ll get at the moment, i need a lot of practise, also Duro is not that well as i expected, to get it more smooth should try magic sculpt

willie: yes, the figure has the plastic frame as i ll do the photo later

You might look on pinterest under "zplay", the modellers on that page use a form of clay to create masters or individual figures.
A few enquiries should be able to identify the clay which might help you.
