I mean that the straight light under the right cheek is too hard and gives it a concave shape which I find disturbing
But that is just my vision

Excellente interprétation
Je ferais juste une petite remarque sur la lumière de la mâchoire qui me semble trop brutale; j'ai l'impression que le maxillaire remonte

I give you my last piece to know the "dervish à la rose" edited by Jupiter Miniatures, sculpted by Daniel LEPELTIER on an idea of Michel BRASSEUR and a drawing by Yasemin KARABENLI.
Not accustomed to making busts I had however a precise idea of what I wanted to obtain; I wanted the eyes to be attracted by the eyes of the blind dervish which led me to a particular illumination of the face.
The entire piece except the face is painted with a mixture of sepia, neutral and white titanium; The amount of neutral hue is adjusted to go from the sepia of the hand to the gray of the turban. The face is made with a mixture of bladder green, alizarin crimson, Indian yellow tip and titanium white, the shadows are made by adding sepia.
I do not know if I succeeded in my challenge but I enjoyed myself .
