Only a long weekend?
I would need weeks for this work.

The result is very good.

Using the long weekend here to make some progress on this.  Lovely set of figures, everything has a basic coat just down to highlights and shading.

Just for info.
Zinnfiguren Maier  zinnfiguren-maier.de has a series of 75 mm egyptians.

Nice, but tiny. Is there a market for some of these - the chariots and soldiers, at least - in 54mm or larger?

Jus' wondering...

Glen

No.
As far as I know, there could be a group of Egypt musicians in 54 mm, but not much more.

Design and drawing normally is not immensely more expensive than for 30 mm, but slates and engraving are.

I am unaware of anything large along these lines.  To my understanding flats large scale flats still are not quite as popular as the smaller folks though that may be changing - there certainly is a wealth of amazing figures of late.  There are a few 54 mm Egyptians available now but, just a few.

Interesting question though how the size affects overall cost of design/engraving and production.

Very recognizable set from Neckel engraved by Ludwig Frank.  Also available from Wilken.
